Q: What themes are available for Dreamland Caravan slumber parties?

 

A: We offer a range of changing themes to choose from, including our signature 'Ciao Besties,' Swifties Slumber party, and Barbie Movie Night. Custom themes are also available.  Let us know what you have in mind!

Q: Where does Dreamland Caravan provide its slumber party services?

 

A: Dreamland Caravan provides slumber party services in West Hartford and the Farmington Valley, CT.

Q: What ages are your slumber parties for?
 

A: Our packages are designed for children ages 6-12. If children prefer not to sleep over you could do a "sleep-under" party instead. The children can enjoy the birthday party, watch a movie in the tents, and then head home to bed!

Q: What items are included in the Dreamland Caravan package?

 

A: Our packages include tents, rugs, bedding, trays, and decor, depending on the theme. We also offer additional add-ons and upgrades. Please visit our website to see our full range of options and Ad-Ons.

Q:  How many guests can I invite to my slumber party?

A:  Our themed packages include set-ups for up to 4 children.  Additional set-ups may be added on for $125 per tent.

Q: Can children eat inside the tents?
 

A: No, food cannot be eaten inside the tents. However, we provide tray tables for meals and snacks to be enjoyed outside the tent area.

 

Q: Can nail polish, slime, or pens be used near the tents or rugs?

 

A: No, we ask that all of these items be kept away from the tents and rugs to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.

Q: How much space do I need for each tent setup?

 

A: The total space we need for each mattress and tent setup is approximately 75"x36".

Q: What do I need to do before you arrive to set up?

 

A: Please ensure that your chosen party space is cleared of any furniture that needs moving before we arrive so that we can be ready to set up your party! Please also remind guests to bring their own sleeping pillow for their tent.

Q: What is the booking process for Dreamland Caravan?
 

A: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the party once we confirm final numbers. Final numbers are required no later than 7 days before the party.
